When you buy a course, guide or worksheet, you get online access or a download link by email, usually within a few minutes. Each product page describes exactly what is included.

Access is for you personally. Please do not share your login or files with others.

All prices are in US dollars and shown on the order page before you pay. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, every purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your bank statement may show a short company descriptor instead of the product name.

Courses, guides and worksheets: if they don't help you, email us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No forms, no hoops.

Coaching calls: email us before your first call takes place and we will review your refund request.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and access to the refunded product ends.

Everything we offer is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial or real estate brokerage advice. We are not your agent or broker, and we do not negotiate or buy land on your behalf.

Before you buy any land, check the details yourself with the county, a title company and, where needed, a licensed professional.

Any examples, stories or numbers we share describe past experiences. They are not a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your own research, decisions, budget and market conditions.

Our videos, eBooks, worksheets and other materials belong to Once Upon a Brick Inc. You may use them for your own personal land search. You may not copy, resell, share publicly or repackage them without our written permission.

Coaching calls take place on Zoom and last up to 60 minutes each. We email you within 1 business day of purchase to book. Calls must be used within 90 days of purchase, and unused calls expire after that.

Our products are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Once Upon a Brick Inc. is not responsible for any loss that comes from a land purchase or other decision you make, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
