Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, country and anything you write in our forms.

Purchase information: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider and we never see or store them in full.

Technical and advertising information: your device, browser, IP address, the pages you visit and the buttons you click, collected through cookies and pixels. When you fill in a form, a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number may be sent to our advertising partners so they can match your visit to the ad you saw.

We use your information to:

• Give you access to the courses you bought

• Process your payments and any refunds

• Reply to your emails and questions

• Send land-buying tips if you signed up

• Understand how the site is used and improve it

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it stops our marketing emails to you right away. We may still send messages about a purchase, such as receipts or course login details.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. They use your payment details only to complete the transaction and meet their own legal obligations.

We use essential cookies to keep the site and checkout working. We also use advertising and analytics tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and Google (Google Ads, YouTube and Google Analytics) to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta, TikTok and Google account settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if you block all cookies.

We share information only with services that help us run the business:

• systeme.io, for our website, checkout, course access and emails

• Stripe, to process payments

• Meta, TikTok and Google, to measure and improve our ads. This can include a scrambled (hashed) version of your email or phone number, and lists of past customers, so these platforms can match ads to people and avoid showing ads to people who already bought.

• Microsoft Clarity, to understand how the site is used

• Cloudflare, to send site data securely

We never sell your personal information for money. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your information while you have access to a course or are on our list, and afterwards only as long as legal, tax or accounting reasons require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing peter@landbuyersplaybook.com. We reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may also have the right to opt out of your information being used for targeted advertising. Email us and we will honor that request. We will never treat you differently for using any of these rights.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will also tell you by email.
